Cura Settings Extraction

Unlike Slic3r PE or Simplify 3D, Cura does not output settings to your gcode file by default (see this issue on the Cura github page). In order to get Cura working you have to do a little bit more work.

I need to update the instructions, but haven't gotten around to it yet. Basically you need to paste in some code within your start or end gcode. Tjjfvi has created a template for all settings which you can find here. These settings are kept up to date. I will create a minimal list for Octolapse soon. Be sure to give Tjjfvi some love for the template!
