Allow filtering by folder #893

Summary
When using transmission, one cannot use tags. Instead download folders can be used a crude approximation of them. I would like to be able filter my torrents according to their download location.
Idea of implementation
Similarly to filtering by tracker, or by download status, a list in the menu to the left should display all download locations. Those locations could have their common prefix removed, so as to not have to display the main download folder. What I mean is that it would result in the following list:
* linux
* linux/isos
* linux/programs
* music
* videos
Rather than have the full download path (/data/download/complete/linux etc...)
