Chart Bubble Selection + Deletion Button

User Story

As a user
I want to be able to select a bubble in the chart
So that I can remove it from the data

Acceptance Criteria

• Selecting a bubble should show a delete icon
• Selecting a bubble hightlights it
• Clicking the delete icon removes the domain from the data
