Rerouting doesn't work half the time and apps disappear entirely.

Summary

Never had these issues in the past, but now I lose apps from Eartrumpet and can't use it to control them, I restarted Firefox a minute ago because of this issue and about 30 seconds later is disappeared again. Also, half the time I try rerouting it doesn't route to the chosen output, it's even moved to a speaker I had disabled once. I don't know if I downloaded a beta or what, but this is WAY worse than in the past.

It's random, I can't give exact steps, but hopefully my bug report explains how you may experience the issues.
