Summary

When EarTrumpet is open, programs start in fullscreen when the in-game resolution matches display resolution. The program tries to open, resolution changes, screen goes black and the resolution goes back to normal and the icon is still in the tray. Borderless window works fine. If the program starts windowed and then goes fullscreen, it works fine. When I close EarTrumpet either through the tray icon or task manager, programs go fullscreen with no issues.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Change a game's resolution settings to not match the display resolution.
  2. Make sure that EarTrumpet is open.
  3. Click the program in the tray.

EarTrumpet version

2.3.0.0

Windows version

10.0.19045.4780
