empty bar with Nix Darwin

I pulled a skechybar config from FelixKratz dotfiles repo and it shows an empty bar. I've read this is a common issue for nix darwin users but i coudn't find a viable solution to fix it

I had issues with empty bars when pulling other people's dot files. It helps if you run sketchybar in command line and see if there are any error messages. Most of the time for me is forgot to grant execute permission for some scripts.
