Current situation : Once a content is approved, it is pushed to the "arrs" and a approval notification is sent to the requester. Let say I find no trace of the content anywhere. There is no way to automatically notify the requester that this content is finally not available and that to further effort to find it will be made hence, declining the request.
Desired Behavior
being able to get back to an approved content (already possible) and decline the content. I should be able to provide a reason. This declining should remove the content from the "arrs" and notify the requester with the reason in the message.
