Filter requested content from Discovery #1048
Comments
There's already an option to hide available media. |
Oh !? Where is that ? For the life of me, I can't find it 😆 Edit : Found it in the general settings ... tho, the specific behavior of this option is unclear. Does it only hide it in discovery (Trending/Popular, upcoming) or everywhere ? I would like to still be able to get to a specific content with the search, and see it is already available .. or open issues on them ... Edit Edit : Found the explanation here : https://docs.jellyseerr.dev/using-jellyseerr/settings/general Edit Edit Edit : But we still see already requested content, I also believe that this being a UX toggle would be more user/friendly allowing the discovery being a watch suggestion for the users (Altho that could also be a separate section of the recommendations -> Only show me available content) the feature could be expanded further :) |
That is already a requested feature as well |
I edited the feature request following your comments, thank you ! |
Description
Current situation : In the discovery section (Trending, Popular, upcoming), you see all the recommended content, even content that are already available or "in the queue".
There is a setting to hide available content, but you still see unavailable but already requested content.
Desired Behavior
Being also able to hide "requested" content from the discovery pages.
