Private media recommendation engine

Hi, thank you for building and providing value over an already amazing project. It is a boon for server admins who deal with somewhat less tech savvy people.
I wanted to inquire that if creating a personal media recommendation system based on one's library would be a welcome idea. I wanted to validate on this before I get started on making it. As jellyfin only shows what is available in the library, I thought jellyseerr would be a more sensible integration.
This would be a pre-trained recommendation system that will run locally and recommend movies based on a user's library. I cannot guarantee if this can run without a GPU for now and will have to test and confirm the required hardware.
