What happened?

I cant join the server because name is taken but no other player have the same name but disconnected me
that "ghost player" needs to be kicked from the server so I can join?

Reproduction steps

1. disconnect from the server due to bad network connection?
2. cant join: That name is taken

this bug was there since i start playing this game in 21(without 'name taken' error popup), tho i don't see it nowadays and thought that it's got fixed
