claiming mint

I did the longest time to mint which was 325 days. At 329 days I went in to claim the mint and the claim penalty was 99%.
I have been reaching out on all of your social media channels asking for help for months. I have received zero help and no response. this was the xen mint on optimism. My cRank was 33,997 AMP was 300 EAA 10% Term/days 325 est xen 29,348 claim penalty 99% hopeful someone here can help me or let me know if this is just a scam.

no this is not a scam. That's proper, if you don't claim within 24 hours from the last day of mint you will have penalty and with each day it's increasing, so after 4 days you get almost 99% penalty.
