scipy.integrate.simpson

Hi,

On trying to install pygedm with a newer version of scipy, I noticed that Scipy.integrate.simps has been removed for newer releases of scipy and replaced with simpson, see mikgroup/sigpy#142

This will need to be adjusted for

pygedm/pygedm/yt2020.py
