Rankings Report file name not consistent with other reports #923

Describe the bug
When you print the majority of reports to PDF from the scoring system, the file name is XXXXX - Advancement Report.pdf or XXXXX - Cycle Time Report.pdf, where XXXXX is the event system name. However, the Rankings Report default file name is Rankings Report - XXXXX.pdf. Please make this consistent so we can save all of our report printouts together.
To Reproduce
Click on print on any report and Save to PDF.
Expected behavior
All filenames should be consistent XXXXX - ReportName.pdf
