[FTC-Events] Viewing event listings by date shows the last day of multiday events

Describe the bug
For events spanning multiple days, FTC-Events shows the last day of the event rather than the day the event starts when viewing the listings by date.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://ftc-events.firstinspires.org
2. Click on the calendar icon on a container with events spanning multiple days
3. Observe the dates

Expected behavior
I'd expect the date shown to be when the event starts, i.e. 2026-07-24 for FPECRI and 2026-04-29 for FTCCMP1, rather than the last day of the event.
