Problem flashing Slim module. RESOLVED!

Have an issue flashing Slim module (https://github.com/ExpressLRS/ExpressLRS-Hardware/blob/master/PCB/2400MHz/TX_SX1280_Slim/img/pcb.png). Notice that the enable pin of esp32 wroom module isn't going anywhere :( . Enable pin should be high I guess. Please tell me if you having issues to flash the TX_SX1280_Slim pcb.
