Option to truncate album and title

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Feature to avoid error of filename too long preventing the album from being downloaded, and a problem when the path is long but the album is downloaded anyway, causing windows to not be able to rename the folder or move it.

Describe the solution you'd like
A way to set a "max length" for album title and track title, and if either surpass this length the path would be truncated to be below the specified length (but metadata would be kept intact).

Describe alternatives you've considered
Manually changing the template for albums that present this problem as to not use album title or track title. It does work of course but can be very time consuming for large discographies.

Yeah its a major problem in my opinion, just have to find a graceful way of handling it.

Likely just need to take the full templated filename and: filename = f"{filename[:-len(filename) - (256 + 7)]}... or something along those lines.

Wouldn't that maybe cause problems if the user creates folders with the template? Like, if the template is album/title, and album is super long, but title is small, wouldn't it cut the folder? I feel like the best way would be to let the user set limits for each metadata that can cause problems, such as album and title, maybe even artist to be sure.
