添加自定义源和定时执行的入口 #59

首先谢谢Evil大大做得如此棒的项目，方便生成了m3u节目表。我目前使用的是dock版本，有以下几个建议供参考：

可否增加添加其他ipvt源的入口，让用户可以添加其他源的，比如https://xxxxx.m3u，然后可以整合到https://github.com/EvilCult/iptv-m3u-maker/blob/master/http/tv.m3u中去。
可否增加定时执行抓取m3u的任务，我没能找到可以定时执行抓取的脚本方式。
