Feature Request - Bring Previews To Front On Focus

I don't necessarily want my previews to hide when the eve client isn't in focus. But there are times when I want to bring another window into focus, and then have the previews be brought back to the front of the z-order when the eve client receives focus again.

Essentially a toggle that, instead of hiding the windows on focus loss, brings the windows to the front on focus gain. This would allow me to disable the previews always on top and hide on focus loss options, and bring windows above the previews manually, and then have the previews appear again when I switch focus back to the eve client.
