Allow validators to exit the network and withdraw their stake after an escrow period.

Tasks

  • Develop a function to initiate the exit process for validators.
  • Implement an escrow mechanism to hold stakes for a defined period post-exit transaction.
  • Create a function to withdraw stakes after the escrow period.
  • confirm that the exitEscrowPeriod() values are correct
