No hardware acceleration support

This is self explanatory; I want be able to run this program with CUDA.

CUDA doesn't support Java. Using it may be possible if my PR to rewrite to C++ gets approved #694. However, we'll need to get someone else to make the program compatible with CUDA after rewriting to C++. There are a lot of Rustaceans who demand a rewrite to Rust, which, as far as I know, also is not compatible with CUDA and takes a lot more time to compile the same code.
