1. Press Windows key + R. This will open Run. Alternatively, you can go to Start and search for ‘Run’.
2. In Run dialog box, type ‘regedit’ and hit enter.
3. On the left hand pane navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class
4. Now right click on Class and click on Find.
5. Under Find what type RadioEnable and click on Find Next.
6. Now double-click on RadioEnable and change the value to 1.
7. Restart the PC.

Mark from IT here. @elvisgraho 's suggestion is correct. But if the problem persists,

1. Exit from all applications.
2. Press the key Alt on your keyboard.
3. While holding Alt press the F4 key. It's on the top, above your numbers.
4. Switch off the computer.
5. Buy a bloody calculator Fetch a FizzBuzz enterprise edition quality number combiner from my friends at Systems. They'll be more than happy to wallop you on the head help.

These steps are guaranteed to work, because they're enterprise edition help steps. Enterprise stuff never fails.
