ERROR 2003 (HY000): Can't connect to MySQL server

Hey, I don't know who to contact, it seems like VEP stopped to work.

mysql -h ensembldb.ensembl.org -P 3306 -u anonymous
ERROR 2003 (HY000): Can't connect to MySQL server on 'ensembldb.ensembl.org:3306' (111)

mysql -h ensembldb.ensembl.org -P 5306 -u anonymous
ERROR 2003 (HY000): Can't connect to MySQL server on 'ensembldb.ensembl.org:5306' (111)

Where can I monitor the status of this issue? When it may be solved? A few days ago it didn't work too, but after some time it started...
