Deleting a monitored system or faction from your profile requires a refresh to take effect #221

hey this has an easy work around but thought you'd want to know

Repro steps:

Go to https://elitebgs.app/profile/
click the trashcan icon on a system or faction
note it doesn't disappear from the list
go to https://elitebgs.app/
Note the deleted system/faction is still in the list
Refresh the page
Note it's gone from both the home and the profile

@SayakMukhopadhyay I just noticed this also happens when adding a system, and adding/deleting factions.

I'm on https://elitebgs.app/
Click add
Input a system
Submit
Notice system isn't added
refresh
note system appears

Firefox, Windows 10
