Preferably without an API key for google, but it's most important that the researcher doesn't break ToS of websites like Google when gathering information.

The researcher should be able to reiterate over information that it's gathered and make new searches based on this the information.

Example:

It first does 2 searches with different search terms trying to get relevant information, clicks top 3 results for each term and makes technical documentation based on this.
It then reports if there are things that are still unclear of if further research is needed. If further research is needed it does to based on the technical documentation.
Repeat x amount of steps, testing will be required to determine the tradeoff between quality and time
