LRS warning , info, optout option

Will need to (probably on the login modal)
list all the LRSs configured
display who they belong to
display why they want the info (To track progress store results and give grade, openbadges and feedback)

display if required to use the course

permission tickbox (default on) record users decision.
if one isn't required then allow them to select which is used for their dashboard etc. (So they can move the whole thing on to their own LRS and still access the progress tracking etc.)

store results in local storage

if no permission for required LRS then put up new unclosable modal
possibly give them link to the github.io version that can be used anonously.
