Subscribe to `$SYS/#` per default? #132

Currently the default topic to be subscribed is #. MQTT Explorer subscribes per default to # and $SYS/#.

It's neat to be able to see stuff in there but most of the time I don't need it. Are there other thoughts about it?

Should this tool also subscribe to `$SYS/#` per default?
