Work out when we've reached the end of the thread #12
Description
We ought to work out when we've reached the end of the thread and disregard requests for posts beyond it.
The problem is that if you request a page beyond the end of the thread, curse just gives you the last page of the thread.
To fix, we need to keep track of what post or page numbers we've seen and stop reading if we see a repeat.
