[Bug] Killed inside claims

Describe the bug

I was afk inside my town but got killed by a player and lost all my stuff

To Reproduce

go outisde claim and activate creeper with flint and steel on afk player and then kill them

Expected behavior

Please refund items from death and make it impossible to be pushed and killed from claims by griefers
