[Bug] Towny Trusted Rank not working

Describe the bug

Unable to destroy, build, or switch in a town which I have trusted rank in.

To Reproduce

give trusted rank to your mc account in town A , leave town, make a new town, rejoin nation, attempt to edit inside claims of town A

Expected behavior

Player should be able to edit inside all claims of town A using their mc acc. with trusted rank while being in a different town from town A.

I changed my name from vali to Vali but I don't think it should be the problem because the UUID is the same.

I’ve changed my name too and now I don’t longer have access to a town that I have trusted rank in
