Back when I started using HiGHS it was version 1.5.3, and at the time I found published binaries that included a .dll in each Windows version (bin/libhighs.dll) and a .so in each Linux version (lib/libhighs.so.1.5.3).
I just got version 1.12.0 from here and found neither of these. Instead, for Windows I see bin/highs.exe and for Linux I see bin/highs. How do I get dll/so versions?
(the cmake build also produces .exe but no .dll, AFAICT, and I'm not sure how to cross-compile to Linux)
