Description

Create a welcome popup for first-time visitors instead of having a separate landing page. This allows users to see the "Overall" sector in the background while getting initial information.

Requirements

• Design and implement welcome popup similar to https://swiss-proximity.epfl.ch/demande
• Show popup on first visit only
• Display explanatory content about the tool
• Add "Don't show this again" checkbox/button
• Store user preference (localStorage or cookie)
• Land directly on "Overall" sector with popup overlay
• Wait for content from team for popup text

Design Considerations

• User can see the "Overall" sector in background
• Avoids need for separate home page
• Better UX than landing on a static page
• Gives context to new users while allowing quick access to data

@pierreleripoll Looks good! can you make it so that when we click outside the popup is as if we clicked on "Get Started" ? The message will always be in English ?

@PaolaLeure you can dismiss the welcome popup by clicking outside of it.
But I just changed the "get started" to "start tutorial", this way the logic between the welcome popup & welcome tour is harmonized
