Multiple UI/UX issues and enhancements for better user experience.

Sidebar Issues

• Restore collapse feature to show only sector icons when collapsed
• Fix sidebar disappearing completely on window resize
• Ensure sidebar remains visible and functional at all breakpoints

Chart and Pop-up Fixes

• Fix lever details pop-up cut-off on the left side (unit labels not fully visible)
• Add text wrapping for chart titles on mobile devices
• Implement double-click on chart label to isolate that label (keep only that one visible)
  • Current behavior requires clicking all other labels one by one

Landing Page and Routing

• Document for Paola: how to configure which sector is the landing page (done in Welcome popup #55)
• Consider option to remove current landing page entirely and land directly on "Overall" sector (done in Welcome popup #55)
• Update content text for landing, legal, and about pages (waiting on content from @PaolaLeure )

Chart and Pop-up Fixes

*[x] Implement double-click on chart label to isolate that label (keep only that one visible)

@PaolaLeure instead of implementing double-click, that I don't recommend because it's quite a "complex" interaction that might mislead new users, I added "All" & "Inv" buttons, to select all or reverse the selection. So to select one you have to first unselect it and then reverse the selection.
I believe this makes more sense and keep a more harmonized UI. Could you review it and tell me if it suits you ?

@PaolaLeure as good practices, in-development features are deployed on the dev platform, so it doesn't break anything for users

@pierreleripoll : I had tried -dev but forgot I needed to be connected through VPN on the intranet, sorry! I don't find the all inv feature super clean, but let's see what the others say and worst case scenario we can always just remove it.
