Consider BB quickstart page(s)

Not immediately urgent - but we should consider introducing a 'quick start' for each BB. For example, the Processing BB doc provides this - https://eoepca.github.io/document-processing/oa/getting-started/quick-start/.

This 'quick start' style is very useful for potential eoepca BB adopters wanting to gain a quick experience to understand and evaluate a BB.

Perhaps each BB should have something equivalent to this, which can then be referenced from the Deployment Guide. Alternatively the deployment guide maintains something equivalent.
