HTTP Error 400 in Workspace Admin

Accessing the Workspace Admin gives:

400 Bad Request
The plain HTTP request was sent to HTTPS port

Not sure if this is related to the fact that we're using a cluster-wide certificate in ingress controller and not individual certificates for each component - so in this case the secrets workspace-admin-tls, workspace-api-v2-tls, workspace-ui-tls are not created - but other Workspace services work well with this setup, only Admin fails.

This is the same on the develop cluster too, I believe it's still early days and they're working on it.

I noticed this as well during the write-up, I should have added a disclaimer as to not waste anyone trying to fix its time.

I believe this issue should be left open until the issue is resolved as part of the EOEPCA+ work.
