Make Grafana dashboard publicly available

The Grafana dashboard collecting pod and cluster health metrics is up and running under https://eoapisupport.develop.eoepca.org/

However, it is access-restricted with some admin username and randomly generated password - to be documented here:

We should make some non-editable version of the main Grafana dashboard publicly available without auth.

Public service health and quality statistics are great to give the users trust in the service. Great examples are

• Terrascope https://dashboards.terrascope.be/status
• CDSE https://dashboard.dataspace.copernicus.eu/

We may want to add more metrics related to service quality (response times, catalog contents, etc.) later. For now, the main objective is to make the dashboard public.

Acceptance criteria

• Main Grafana dashboard is publicly available in a non-editable form
