Describe the bug + Steps To Reproduce

This is essentially the same issue as reported here: #550
So the following just provides additional/expanded detail on that report.
Note: I'm on a later version of the app vs that report (0.6.3 vs 0.5.9 patch 5).
And this happens to me almost every time I use the 'Update All' option.

Scenario: Let's say 4 apps are due for updating.

  1. I tap 'Update All'.
  2. After everything has finished downloading, I pull down the notification tray, and tap on one of the updates.
  3. That navigates to the app's page in Droid-ify, the Install dialog pops up, and I tap 'Install'.
  4. After that's finished, but before I can select the next app, the same Install/Cancel dialog pops up for one of the other updates - while I'm still on the page for the app I just installed.
  5. That prompt will recur after each of the other 3 updates, regardless of whether I've already updated it, or tap 'Cancel' every time - it doesn't make any difference; it will occur 4 times in all.
  6. Also, when the next batch of updates is due, if the previous cursed app happens to be amongst them again, it will often present the same looping/repeating issue for that session as well.

Smartphone:

  • OS: Android 10
  • App ver: 0.6.3
  • Installer type: Session Installer

Will have to look into this, seems like a very obsure bug. I generally click update all again if there are many apps to install which are downloaded already
