“Regular expressions for catch tabs” should only move tab based on main URLs

Describe the bug

When a page loads a script at a third-party URL that matches a “Regular expressions for catch tabs” for one group, the whole page gets moved to that group.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create one group, say “YouTube”, set “Regular expressions for catch tabs” to youtube\.com
2. Log in to https://console.cloud.google.com outside of this group. The login flow contains a script loaded from youtube.com, seemingly to test connectivity

-> The GCP window is moved to the YouTube group.

Expected behavior
The GCP window isn't moved.
