What does the proposed API look like 期望支持的API

checkRelation 为 unRelated / related

Feature Description 功能描述

类似于 treeSelect 的 checkRelation 为 unRelated / related， 设置 checkRelation 为 unRelated 之后，选项层级之间无强关联性。方便业务做扩展，借助 cascader 的形态实现更为复杂功能的组件
