URL with spaces - Internal Server Error

Hi there,

we have some old URLs we would like to redirect, but they contain empty spaces. I tried:

1. Using % instead of empty space, but it doesn't redirect
   /media/FebMarchApril2019%20-%20FINAL.pdf
2. Using empty space, but I got Internal Server Error on save
   /media/FebMarchApril2019 20- 20FINAL.pdf
3. Using [\s] instead of empty space, but I got an Internal Server Error on save
   /media/FebMarchApril2019[\s]20-[\s]20FINAL.pdf

Any Ideas?
