[Bug]: Fullscreen (Maximize) feature is not disabled as expected

Hello there fellow dev for the DNS Changer App (Ver 2.3.0), mDev here to report an issue and a little suggestion on how to fix it!

There is not button such as "Maximize" but the app can be Maximized when double clicked on the form border, to fix this issue it is suggested that you fully disable user-interaction in the border area so the app will work only with the buttons and not with user input (mouse interactions)
