M1 Mac OS 12.0.1 arm64 (Monterey)

When trying to compile there are many errors of the same type. This seems to prevent the program file from finishing. The error is listed below:

Issues (hopefully) addressed in 2.6.20

• Mac OSX - ignore FindSDL2.cmake
• Update plog to v1.1.5 - avoid MacOSX deprecated syscall()

Same thing happens to me on a direct clone of the git master branch.
Version appears to be 2.6.20 as of this post. here is the make output:

Unfortunately, I do not have a Mac to develop on. So difficult to pursue this further.

I suspect this is either M1 or OS 12.0.1 specific, as appears to have compiled fine on earlier versions.

Happy to accept pull requests from Mac developers familiar with CMake.

If you run the compile as make VERBOSE=1 you will be able to see the full final command arguments that attempt to link the binary.

You may be able to utilise sdl2-config --cflags --libs arguments at the end of this command as a manual work-a-round.

Thanks for this. Got Dragon's lair working. Still have to do some digging to see why my singe games keep giving a "Invalid game selected" error

"Invalid game selected" - would come from the hypseus bash script for Daphne games.

You will need to run the singe.sh script.

The folder structure, relative to $HOME, for singe games should be:
