Hiya, yes there was a change in the startup behavior in 2.11.5 that seems to have affected Vulkan on Windows.

It's a known issue and will be fixed in the next release.

You are now only one of a few users to have run into this. Can I ask why you use the -vulkan argument for the record?

Unless your setup has a necessity for -vulkan to run, removing it should revert to OpenGL and work in the meantime.
