Bubble Camunda Error Responses to Symfony Error Pages when using app_dev #35

Currently when Camunda provides a error in a json response for API calls such as "Start Instance".

Bubbling the errors will allow the dev to understand Camunda responses without having to look at the Camunda server logs.
