In the cases here, I think the reason is that SPARQL data URIs aren't in the config any more - because these maps don't use a SPARQL query.
Possibly ShipShape can be updated to check the newer config details, but things have shifted somewhat:
There is not a guaranteed meta.json file posted alongside the CSV file these map used (e.g. the Mesopotamia map doesn't use the same dev.data.solidarityeconomy.coop server even, the data is currently published with the code). This file contains the timestamp used.
There could be multiple data sources, of different types (currently CSV or SPARQL). Although currently that's not really used anywhere, it will complicate the table as multiple entries would be needed to show this.
Maybe the timestamp could be obtained from the response headers of the CSV file's URI. But obviously the SPARQL endpoint etc. may not even be defined.
MykoMap 3.1.4 maps do not have the timestamp, sparql end point and DGU data displayed.
