Dataset icon visible when the panel has been disable

Describe the bug
In the filter results panel when filtering from the Directory panel the Datasets icon is visible, even when that panel is not enabled. Only observed on mobile.

To Reproduce

1. 'Open' with a mobile screen size.
2. Open the Directory
3. Note that the Dateset Icon is not visible at the top of the panel.
4. Select Argentina
5. It now appears at the top of the panel.

Expected behavior
When the Dataset panel is configured to no be present, its icon should not appear in the results panel.
