Create I19 attenuator motors for the motor squad in the I19 optics hutch #1787
Description
Add devices which wrap the continuous lateral motion motor axes (as used for wedge attenuator positioning and adjustmet)
and indexed filter wheels (as used for flat attenuator selection)
Acceptance Criteria
- That the (controls nomenclature ATTEN-) "X" and "Y" motor axes are represented for the vertically and horizontally moved wedge attenuators
- That a w indexed motor is represented for the 6 way indexed filter wheel
- That unit tests have been added to capture required behaviour of the newly added devices
- That the existing and newly added unit tests all pass
