Better fish support

I have created a better fish support that is I converted the luaver script file to luaver fish script file.

I would like to contribute it to this project if possible.

@rokkarinn I just went through the same thing, created my own Fish script since the one in the project didn't work (at least for me). Just noticed this comment.
Can we use this issue to share back and forth since it doesn't look like the author has replied yet?
Perhaps even a fork if it makes sense.

@yourpalmark I wrote the fish script of this project, and it worked at that time, but it might be broken since #34 (my PR) was merged.
I proposed to revert this change (#51), but no action have been taken.
FYI, https://github.com/umireon/luaver/tree/reverse-make-executable could be used with fish.

@yourpalmark I have moved away from this since I did not get any reply. I am willing to share and help with the fish script if you guys like.
