[BUG] Files created in a canvas aren't inside the default folder

Obsidian Settings > Options > Files & Links > Folder to create new notes in
Obsidian Settings > Core plugins > Canvas > Folder to create new canvas files in

I have set them to "in the folder specified folder below" and pointed them to a default location.

While creating a note from a canvas, or new canvas via 'encapsulate' option, or by adding .canvas at the end of file name they are created in the Home directory. it'd be nice to have them follow the fore mentioned locations.

Also, it'd be handy to have a "create a new canvas button". which i have mentioned in #49
