Add more robust cue library folder management #199
Description
Another request that came up from Ineffable on Zulip:
It would be nice if I could have a dedicated window to manage library cues. so that I can drag and drop, or at least select, and therefore move multiple cues around different folder structures better.
Right now I had 6 cues that I want to move to a different folder and it is annoying to do that one by one.
