Describe the bug
The title isn't removed from the post

To Reproduce

Make a post .Rmd
Have the tile include a fullstop (and maybe other special characters like ?)
Post the file

Expected behavior
The post has a title

Additional context
Probably an issue with the fairly basic regex being used now.

Occured with

"How to calculate a Pokemons 'power level' using kmeans"

After theoretical fix on dev

DaveParr added the bug label
